Sourdough the natural leaven

Sourdough is one of the most important actors in the breadmaking process.
You need a Mother Sourdough culture to start with and there are 3 ways to get it:
- Capture your own natural leaven
- Use someone else Starter
- Aquire a Sourdough starter pack.

Once you have an active Starter it will live as long as you respect the feeding process.

As Sourdough is a life long friend we looked for a way to supply quality friends and we have for long years distributed "Sourdough International" dry sourdough packs. But with time we felt that the balance Passion/Business changed so we have decided to stop distributing those products and commercialise our stock instead.
