Basic Sourdough bread course

Breadmaking in a nutshell - One day - NZ$105 Including Gst - 9 to 5/6pm
     - Demystify natural leaven bread
     - Bread making presentation
     - Making bread dough
     - Cooking pizza for lunch
     - Natural leaven
     - Baking bread

Conditions :
   Maximum 6 guests
   Minimum 2 guests
   Runs on every first Sunday of the month and also by prior arrangement.
   Group Booking of 5 or 6 attracts respectively 10% or 15% discount.

"Extended" course

Breadmaking course - Two days - NZ$195 Including Gst - 9 to 4pm
Day 1
     - History of bread making
     - Cereals used in breadmaking
     - Ingredients
     - Natural leaven
     - Measurements
     - Preparation for the following day's baking
     - Lunch provided

Day 2
     - Baking day
     - Hands on create your own bread
     - Wood oven magic
     - Loaf and Pizza to take home
     - Lunch provided

Conditions :
   Group of 4
   Runs by prior arrangement.

"Ovens "

Introduction to wood ovens - Half day course (4 Hours) - NZ$46 including Gst - 9 to 1pm
This is for people who are thinking of getting a wood oven, it is not a cooking course just an opportunity to find out what it is all about before you take your decision.
    - Presentation
    - Lighting an oven
    - Getting organised
    - Cooking
    - Testing the food

Conditions :
   Maximum 6 guests
   Minimum 2 guests
   Runs by prior arrangement.

"Pizza "

Napoletana Style Pizza - One day course - NZ$140 including Gst - 9 to 4pm
This is for people who already understand sourdough and want to master Napoletana style pizza.
    - Sourdough Pizza base
    - Making fresh Mozzarella cheese
    - Shaping Pizza
    - Toppings
    - Baking
    - Sampling

Conditions :
   Maximum 6 guests
   Minimum 3 guests
